These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the water purifier repair services provided through our website or direct contact. By booking a service, you agree to these terms.
1. General Terms & Conditions:
Definitions:
- You – The customer availing services through our website, phone, or other booking channels.
- Company – Refers to our platform facilitating water purifier service and repair via local technicians.
- Booking/Complaint – A request initiated by you for technician service.
- Agreed Time – The confirmed date and time of service.
- Service Provider/Technician – A third-party individual or local technician assigned to deliver the service.
2. Services:
a) We operate as an independent service aggregator connecting users with nearby third-party water purifier service providers in Bangalore.
b) All repair and servicing is handled by local, non-authorized technicians. We are not affiliated with any brand such as Kent, Aquaguard, Pureit, LG, etc.
c) Upon confirming a booking, your contact details are shared with the assigned technician solely for service coordination.
d) Service assignments depend on technician availability. We do not guarantee service in all locations at all times.
e) We do not employ or manage technicians directly. The agreement for work is between you (the customer) and the technician.
f) If no service is provided or the technician does not arrive, no charges are applicable. However, if inspection or diagnosis is done, standard inspection charges apply.
g) Please ensure all details provided at the time of booking (address, phone number, issue description) are accurate.
h) We reserve the right to cancel or decline any booking where inappropriate behavior, invalid details, or non-cooperation is observed.
i) Customers are advised not to hand over products or equipment without verifying technician credentials. We are not liable for any theft, damage, or loss resulting from service.
j) Service scope, cost, and any material replacement must be discussed and agreed upon before work begins.
k) All technicians work independently. We do not control their work methods, pricing beyond inspection, or behavior. All service complaints must be directed to the assigned technician.
3. Charges and Payment:
- Inspection charges of ₹350 are applicable for all service calls, regardless of whether a repair is done.
- All payments are made directly to the technician via cash, UPI, or other mutual arrangements.
- 90-day limited service warranty is offered only for the repair workmanship. Spare parts used are third-party and not genuine/original brand parts.
- No refunds are applicable after service completion. Refund requests are entertained only within 1 week of service in writing and subject to review.
- Cancellations must be made at least 1 hour before the scheduled technician visit to avoid charges.
4. Indemnification:
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless against any claims, disputes, or damages arising from:
- Misuse of the service or website.
- False information provided during booking.
- Misconduct toward service technicians.
- Third-party disputes regarding service outcomes.
5. Limitation of Liability:
- We are not responsible for issues arising due to inaccurate website information, technical bugs, or connectivity delays.
- We are not liable for acts, omissions, or negligence of any technician assigned.
- We do not guarantee that services will meet your expectations in all cases, as outcomes may vary by technician.
6. Intellectual Property:
All content, text, prompts, layout, and images used on our site are either self-created or collected from free image sources. Brand names like Kent, LG, Pureit, etc. are used strictly for descriptive reference. We do not claim ownership or association with any official brand.
7. Modifications:
We may modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review them regularly.
8. Cancellation & Refund Policy:
- Cancellation is free only if done 1 hour before the scheduled appointment.
- Refunds are issued only if the service was not completed satisfactorily and must be claimed within 7 days.
- No refund is issued for completed services or material parts replaced.
